{I'm still alive!}

I haven't blogged for so long now I'm not sure I even remember how.  Let's see.... I think it begins by basically just talking.  With my fingers.  Either to myself, or to the invisible people out there in the WWW that might stumble across my blog.  No pressure.

So...I haven't' done this for a long time.  There is always the possibility that I've forgotten how to talk.  Um, yeah, I don't see that ever happening. What if I have nothing interesting to say?  WAIT -- that never stopped me from talking before!  Let's see.  I think I usually just start by telling you what's happening in my life.  OK.  let me think a minute.

I'm still an anal retentive neat freak.  (and I love it).

DNK is still getting straight A's in school, is absolutely adorable and I love her.

Um...

Let's see, there must be something to write about.  Dang, talk about a dry spell.

Uh.

Still thinking.  Is this what they call writer's block?  It kinda sucks.  A lot.

Oh, oh oh, I know.  I've been scrapbooking a lot this week.

(crickets chirping).

OK, so, not really interesting either huh?

Um, how about I'm working on laundry?

Dang.  I got nothing.  Now you see why I haven't blogged for so long. 

How about I try this again when I have some pictures edited to share.  Or when something interesting like my annual mammogram is due.  This is actually embarrassing.  I will say this though.  2010 is proving to be a WONDERFUL year.  Oh yes it is.  So far, I've had 14 awesome days.  I'm hoping that the whole year is as good as these first 2 weeks have been.  I hope you're having a good start to the New Year also.  I'll see if I can't dig up some decent blog fodder and be back soon to blog.  I'd really like to get back into the habit again, but I just thought I'd stop in to tell you I'm still here, alive, kicking and feeling good, mentally and as physically as this old woman is able!! =)
